Hide yo spinach! Hide yo greens!
A dip made just for your picky-eating, vegetable-hating kids. Vegetables might seem a litttttle more fun after you try this dip!
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 c. fresh spinach, chopped into tiny pieces
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Put in food processor and blend until desired consistency. If you don't have a food processor, whisk together well and enjoy.
