**Using extra-heavy resistance band:
1. Banded one-legged bridges, 10-12 reps, each leg
2. Banded bridges, 10-12 reps
3. Wall sit with toe taps, 20-30 reps
4. Lunge-lunge-squat (those three moves=ONE REP), 10-12 reps
5. Raised plank step-outs, 20-30 reps
6. Banded squat pulses, 20-30 reps
7. Double leg lifts with weight (my child was my weight), 20-30 reps
Repeat 2-4x through
