You can do this two different ways! 30 seconds each move for 3-5x through. OR… Four rounds: 20 reps/15 reps/10 reps/5 reps of each move. Your choice!

1. In + Out extensions, each leg

2. Weighted core tuck-ins

3. Plank reach-outs

4. Sit-ups with press

5. Plank DB sliders
