Grab your dumbbells... I used a pair of 10# DBs
3 sets • 15/12/8 reps
15 rows
15 lateral raises, one arm at a time
15 half arnold presses
15 shoulder press
15 tricep kickbacks
15 front raises, each arm
*End with arm burnout
15-20 Inclined push-ups
15-20 Tricep dips
20 DB bicep curls (if you alternate arms and do one at a time, do 40 single reps)
