Ingredients:
One whole wheat English muffin, toasted
Cottage cheese (as much or little as you’d like)
One egg, cooked medium so the yolk is perfection
Hot, pan-seared ham
“Everything But The Bagel” seasoning from TJ’s
Instructions:
Toast the bagel and layer everything else on top. Another #momstrongnoms meal in five minutes. Winning!
