It seems like yesterday when Ellie was laying right by me in these videos, unable to crawl yet, and just bundled up in her swaddle. Now, she's doing them with me, looks forward to our time exercising together, and even led me in her first little mini workout (watch for it at the end... bumper turns and "the mermaid." Gosh, I love my little workout buddy and only get excited to watch her grow.

1. 50 Banded straight leg lifts, 25 per side

2. 40 Banded fire hydrants, 20 per side

3. 30 Weighted squat pulses

4. 20 Banded glute bridges

5. 10 Slow to squat... and then knee-knee-stand-stand

Repeat 3-4x through for an amazing burn!
