One minute, 2 medicine ball throws into 4 plank jacks
One minute, Wall sits with overhead and side to side med ball hits
One minute, Med ball toe taps
One minute, 4 Toe taps with hop-over burpees
One minute, Plank (weighted for more advanced) with toe taps out
Repeat 3x through. Phew!
